No.
Can I shoot on the property?
Sometimes. Depends on acreage, neighbors, and county/city rules. Residential lots almost never. We will not sell you a fantasy.
House plus a private range on one property?
Possible on enough land in the right spot. Expensive. Often smarter to buy a house you want and rec land separately.
Do you only do huge ranch tracts?
No. Normal homes and small acreage are most of the work.
VA loan?
Yes. We can run that process. VA is pickier on condition than a conventional loan.
Where do you work?
Northeast Kansas. If you are outside that and just want content, that is what Watch is for.
Can I come hang out or film with you?
No.
